Create a retention SMS campaign
Send an SMS to customers who have not ordered for a while, to bring them back. Owners and managers can do this.
The SMS Campaigns page on the dashboard
Before you start
- One SMS can count as more than one credit, depending on how long your message is.
- There is a 30 day cooldown before the same customer gets a second message. This stops your Sender ID being marked as
spam.
