Send an SMS to customers who have not ordered for a while, to bring them back. Owners and managers can do this.

Before you start
- One SMS can count as more than one credit, depending on how long your message is.
- There is a 30 day cooldown before the same customer gets a second message. This stops your Sender ID being marked as spam.
Steps
Start the campaign

Go to Marketing and select SMS Campaigns.

At the top right, click Create Campaign.

Add the Campaign Title.

Choose the purpose of this campaign:
- Retention, a smart campaign, to encourage your current customers to order again.
- Segment Targeting, a smart campaign, to target one customer segment with predefined goals.
- Announcement, a classic campaign, to send to all people immediately and give your customers updates.

Click Get Started.
Recipients
- In Look Back Window, set how far back the campaign looks for customers who did not order: all customers, last year, last 6 months, last 3 months or last month.
- In Inactivity Period, set the number of days with no order before the customer gets an SMS.
- In Message Limit, set the limit for the number of SMS messages this campaign sends.
- Click Next.

In Voucher, select the voucher type: no voucher, percentage, amount or free delivery. Fill in the details it asks for.

In Info, select the Campaign Language, English or عربي, and write the SMS Content.

Use the toolbox to insert shortcuts: direct link, voucher code, voucher expiry and voucher value.

In Time Period, select the start date and the end date.
Review
- Check the summary: target segment, estimated customer reach, available SMS credits, estimated SMS credits, and the message your customers will get.
- Click Send myself a test SMS to test the message.
- Click Launch Campaign.
