Create a QR code for your website

Make a QR code that customers scan to open your website, see the menu and place an order. Owners and managers can do this. Steps 1. Go to Marketing. 2. Click QR Code. 3. Select your QR Code Style. 4. Change or delete a customer's saved info

Your customers change or delete the details saved on your website from an earlier purchase. Guide the customer through these steps. Before you start Customers can only edit these details in the mobile view of your website. What customers can change - Name — the customer clicks the profile icon and edits the saved name. - Email — the customer can add, edit or remove the email. - Address — the customer can edit or delete the saved addresses.

Create a link tree with Orderfast Links

Create a cashback program

Give customers part of their order back as wallet credit they can spend on their next order. Owners and managers can do this. Before you start - Cashback only works with online payments. - Only one program can be active at a time. - Stores integrated with a POS such as Foodics are not supported. Steps 1. Go to Orderfast. 2. Select Loyalty. 3. At the top right, click Create Cashback Program. 4. Fill in the program details: - Program Name - Start Date - Choose Run this program continuously, or choose when this program will end and set the end date. - Choose the cashback percentage the customer gets of their payable amount: 10%, 15%, 20% or 25%. 5. Click Add. How cashback works - On a 10% program, a customer who orders for 10 KD gets 1 KD in their wallet. - The wallet amount is not real money. The customer uses it as a discount on their next order. - Unused cashback stacks up. For now it has no expiry date. - Cashback only works with online payments. - Cashback applies to manual orders only when they are paid online. - If an order is cancelled, its cashback is cancelled too. - If you deactivate a program, customers can still use the cashback they already earned. - Only one program can be active at a time. Any earlier program is deactivated when you create a new active one. - Customers see their wallet amount and transactions in their profile after they log in on your website. - POS integrations such as Foodics are not supported. Check your Orderfast wallet

See what your customers paid by wallet and what is left in their wallets. Owners and managers can do this. Steps 1. Go to the Orderfast tab. 2. Select Wallet. You can then check: - Total paid by wallet — the total amount of orders paid by wallet. - Amount in wallets — the total amount left in wallets. - Transactions History — the amount, the type (paid by wallet or refunded to wallet), the date, the order number, the customer name and the phone number. 3. To see the details of one order paid by wallet or refunded to wallet, click its order number. The order details open. Watch a short video of this

Add web links to your website

Add other links to your website, so customers can reach you through different links and social media. Owners and managers can do this. Steps 1. Go to Settings. 2. Select Web Links. 3. Click Add New Link. 4. Fill in the information: - The English title and the Arabic title - The type of link you want to share on your website - The link, or the number, depending on what you want to share 5. Click Save.
