Set the days and times you deliver in a zone. Owners and managers can do this.
Steps

Go to Setup and choose Delivery.

Select the zone you want to edit and click the options icon.

Click Edit.

Under Delivery Hours, set the delivery days and times.

Click Save.
You can also change many zones at once. Read Make a bulk edit on your delivery zones.
Set the last delivery time so the last order arrives before the store closes. If the store closes at 8:30 PM and the delivery time, including preparation, is 60 minutes, set the last delivery time to 7:30 PM.
