Add the zones and areas you deliver to, and set the fees and times for each one. Owners and managers can do this.
Steps

Go to Setup.

Click Delivery.

Click Add delivery zone at the top right.

Select the Branch you want the zones and areas to be under, then click Start adding zone.

Choose one of these:
- Free-drawing Zones — you draw your own area boundaries. See this article.
- Zones Templates — a list of ready-made zones.

Click Get Started and select the city or governorate.

Search for the areas, mark them, then click Add zones.

Fill in the Zone properties:
- Delivery fees
- Minimum order amount
- Estimated delivery time
- Delivery hours and days

Click Save.
