Enable or disable cash on delivery

Turn cash on delivery on or off for your website. Only owners can do this.

Before you start

You need another payment method before you can disable cash on delivery. If you have no other payment method, the Disable option is dimmed.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Payment Gateways.

  3. Under Manual Payment Methods, next to Cash on Delivery:

    • Click Enable to turn the option on.
    • Click Disable to turn the option off.
