Activate or deactivate the ASAP option

The ASAP option lets your customer get the order at the nearest available time. Owners and managers can do this.

You turn it on and off with the Max Order Fulfillment Period (Minutes) of a branch.

Steps to activate

The Max Order Fulfillment Period (Minutes) must be higher than the delivery time plus the preparation time. If your delivery time plus preparation time is 60 minutes, set it higher than 60 minutes.

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Go to Business Locations.
  3. Select the branch and click Edit next to the branch name.
  4. Scroll down to Max Order Fulfillment Period (Minutes) and set it higher than the delivery time plus the preparation time.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Steps to deactivate

The Max Order Fulfillment Period (Minutes) must be less than the delivery time plus the preparation time. If your delivery time plus preparation time is 60 minutes, set it below 60 minutes.

  1. Go to Setup.
  2. Go to Business Locations.
  3. Select the branch and click Edit next to the branch name.
  4. Scroll down to Max Order Fulfillment Period (Minutes) and set it lower than the delivery time plus the preparation time.
  5. Click Save Changes.
